It means it's time for service A, plus "additional maintenance work" based on your mileage. Service A is engine oil, oil filter and possibly cabin dust filter. Plus top off the wiper fluid. Additional maintenance work could include spark plugs or transmission service, if you have 50k or 60k miles. How many miles are on the vehicle?

I understand it needs Service A and the days that follow the letter, I was curious what exactly the A7 service entails. I’ve seen conflicting answers after researching but nothing definitive. My GLE 350 has 58K miles. I can do almost all maintenance but need to know what it needs for this service indicator and how to reset it. I have only reset it after doing the regular oil/filter changes. Thanks for your response and help.

B service goes 2-4-6-8 etc
Search this site for the maintenance booklet. It has been posted many times. It is the definitive and incontrovertible source document.
