You'll be happy with it. FYI, my GLE43 ave. was 21.6 mpg. while my GLE63 is 14.9 mpg. I just turned 21K miles on my GLE63 and Steven told me the cam tensioners are leaking oil. Fortunately, I still have a couple of months of factory warranty.

2017 GLE350 4MATIC
Looks great! I like the wheels and AMG body kit. The 3.0L TT seems like the perfect balance of power, reliability and economy.

Yeah we were shopping GLE350's because the wife insisted on another Mercedes. I had a hard time with the body roll and 7G. Glad we splurged and got the best of both worlds, really loving it. This is our 4th and "funnest" Benz to date!

Hi everyone, currently own an 18' S560 and a 14' E350. Looking to trade in the E class and snag a non-coupe GLE. Had a couple questions that I'm hoping folks might be able to answer:
1. Is the 9g transmission worth it? IE: getting a GLE400 or 43 versus the 350? I used to have the 7g in my 15' S class and it was fine. The 18' has the 9g which I LOVE. I wonder if I would feel the same about this platform.
2. For options, I think the must haves are the pano roof, P1 (most have this anyway), headlights, and harmon kardon sound system. This is proving to be easy versus other car options I have shopped for in the past. Anything else I should consider to be a must have?
3. Anything to consider when picking a year? From what I can tell, the 17/18/19 MY's are all the same minus a few very small tweaks.
4. Would also love to hear what people think after owning one of these for a while. I test drove one over the weekend and I was really impressed with the cabin isolation and overall ride. Reminded me of my S which I didn't think was possible in a bigger SUV.
Thanks in advance!

option I had to have were to ventilated front seats and heated front and rear seats. I also preferred the designo leather seats in the GLE43 that wasn't available at MBUSA as CPO on any GLE63s I looked at.
I do sometimes wish I had the extra HP and torque but for normal use it is fine.
I buy CPO due to having to drive 40 Miles one way to work, so the 9g getting better MPG was also a favorable point. The panoramic roof is nice as are the side sunscreens. The AC outlet under the right rear seat is a nice feature as well.

When looking at the CPOs, I decided on the 2018 GLE43 vice the 2017 GLE63 both within $3000 of each other. Decision point for me was 9G vice 7G. Wife's 2019 e300 has 9G and my 2009 e350 has 7G. The other
