Keyless go recognition intermittent 2020 GLE 350
I am having problems with keyless go. I am sure it’s not the keys because they both have the same issue and the batteries have been changed. Im convinced it is a module or antenna but don’t know how to diagnose it. Im hoping to find the solution and not have to drive two hours to the nearest Mercedes dealership. Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe know what module it might be going bad?

Door handles are known to go bad. Which door handle is the offending party?
Try each door handle and the tailgate exterior button. Unlikely the antennae are bad.
p.s. You have a 2020 which is the V167 platform. You have posted the question in the W166 section. The comments remain, door handles can fail.
