Speakers have stopped working!

This is my first Benz I call it my spaceship cause I don’t know how to use a lot of it! But I was just driving and my stereo speakers stopped working, all speakers in the front and middle of vehicle on both side. Only trunk speakers work currently, what do I look into? I looked at all the fuses I could according to the owners manual for speakers and stereo. I was told to check the amp but I don’t even know where to locate it! Any help at all would be everything!

You probably depressed the volume button. I know on my 2024 GLE 450 if you press the volume button down, it mutes all sound.

All speakers including the tweeters are not working? The rear cargo is only the subwoofer and that is working?

The Amplifier is located in the rear cargo driver side panel (LHD) or under the rear seat on the driver side (LHD). I can confirm it later on today if needed.

it’s all speakers from the very front to the passenger doors! Only the trunk speakers work! Thank you for helping me locate where that amp is, I will check it out! I’m not the best with audio im a pizza shop owner and have very little time! I just got it In January and am not trying to put too much more money into it lol

Could you (or someone else) have accidentally adjusted your fader control so only the rear speakers are working? You can check by accessing the audio controls using the music note and speaker icon on the right side of the bottom menu of your display (see top image below). Select it, then scroll to "Balance/Fader" (middle image) and select that. You should see something like the bottom image. You can adjust the back-front and left-right balance using the command knob on the console
