Jerking or skipping issue

Hi I’ve noticed while cruising between 50-60 my vehicle tends to have a small skip/jerks. Not as noticeable in sport & sport+ but comfort mode it’s noticeable. Wonder if its a bad sparkplug. No engine dash lights or anything are on

I suggest running the diagnostic through iCarsoft. I think every MB owner must have this. Many times check engine does not show but running the diagnostic might provide more info. At Amazone, V3.0 version is selling for 154. It can save money rather than going to MB dealer who charge same amount or more to run diagnostics. I have been using this for 3 years now and helped me a lot.
