I would check the Air lines for the Intake manifold/Throttle body for any slit/gap air hose line. first if that seems ok then I would check the Idle Control Valve
Oh wait after seeing the last code. I would not be surprise its the Boost Control Pressure sensor.

Seems that once the time was removed and codes cleared, they did not come back. We will monitor this. But I and going to check ask the hoses and connections, as thy increased boost from the tune may cause some vacuum issues...
