Dinan Sportronics piggy back tune... any issues?

had a dinan sportronics tune in my 2107 GKE 43 with M276 Engine. Been running well for the past year or so. Just recently, after sitting for about 2 weeks on near empty fuel tank in the Florida heat, engine thru codes after getting a full tank. Cleared codes and they came back immediately.
Disconnected the tune and no more codes... anyone have issues with their tune?
I'm going to reach out to Dinan for any feedback

Please, keep us posted as it is very concerning.

Their comment was it could be:
1. the tune device is overheating. ( I have mine located over by the fuse box on the Passenger side)
2. Corrosion of the pins ( I will check when I get the vehicle back)
3. Defective Unit ( out of warranty)
4. Increase boost could cause out of parameters codes if a section of the intake or vacuum was weak.
I will likely check all seals, fittings, vacuum hoses and connections and then run it for a while without the tune connected, then install the tune and run it in various stages ( always kept it in Race!)
Hopefully it was just a glitch but we shall see.
I am thinking about selling the GLE in the fall and getting the AM DBX if I can find a nice used one. Not in any rush to get rid of this as my wife loves it.
Looks like the prices on these used is starting to go back up again so perhaps the time to sell is soon
