Welcome to MB World. Unfortunately, you've posted in the wrong forum. This forum is for the slightly older models (W166). Your model is, I believe, V167 and the forum for that is here

The universal advise is that when you have a bunch of electrical codes popping at the same time, the issue must be somewhere in wiring, or the plug.
Check them visually for cuts, unplug the connectors and give them good bath with a cleaner.
