Passenger seat belt locked HELP
I need help with a locked passenger seat belt. My daughter was playing with the belt and now couldn't undo it.
Also, the seat can only recline a few inches OR move back and forth a few inches.

You should be able to find where the end of the belt attaches to the seat and disconnect it there to loosen it.

UPDATE. - Problem SOLVED!!!
I had to remove the 4 hex screws holding the seat to the car...no luck..
Then remove the seat belt from the seat...on the lower side by removing the covers...but
be careful not to activate the airbag..... It was a little tricky...but was able to release the belt .
i had a helping hand to maneuver the chair and the belt.
