GLE400 No Audio/Bluetooth Sound

1991 500SL, 2014 ML550, 2018 GLE400
GLE400 No Audio/Bluetooth Sound
Hi all,
We just purchased a 2018 GLE400 at auction and we found out why it was there... no audio of any kind. The touchscreen works, you can make a call, you can play the radio or bluetooth but there is no sound of any kind. Any thoughts?
