Hello all,
I'm back in a GLE after trading my 2024 X5 M Sport on a 2026 GLE450. The X5 is a nice car, but it doesn't compare to the GLE in terms of smoothness, refinement and luxury. The X5 can be rather jittery on rough pavement, though it receives good reviews for ride comfort, and the belt driven engine is annoying with the start/stop, losing heat and air conditioning, that's if you don't go through the painful 6 steps in the menu to disable it or use sport mode.

This GLE is so nice. It's Polar White with Black AMG Nappa Leather seats (AMG line interior, blackout package, panoramic roof, trailer hitch, warmth and comfort, winter package, exclusive trim, just to name a few options).

One minor item was a very minuscule indent on the rear bumper. It's very, very small. I did not refuse the car for it. The dealer has offered to redo the rear bumper, which I expect to do but am not crazy about having that done. The reason I didn't refuse the car is because it's such a small mark, and I could order another and it could have damage. I've seen cars at a MB distribution center in Long Beach and you would not expect that your car was taken apart and repaired before reaching the dealer, but it happens.

Yes the VPC you mentioned does do some repair work before it gets delivered to the dealership.

As for the car you have, is PDR possible?

By the way it is V167, not this sub-forum, if you want to post there instead : )

Noted on the sub-forum - thanks. They do extensive work actually. I inspected it in 2015, as my company financed the facility.
