2018 GLE 43 missing 1L of engine oil -- Oct-Apr, 3Kmiles

When I drained the last oil change, I got only 6L back. Where did 1L go between Oct-April (43Km or 2.6K miles)? The GLE 400, I got 7L back.
Yes, there are leaking around timing covers/cam magnets, but they are not justified for 1L over times. Also no sign of drop on the floor, but some sign of oil/wet on under engine cover. Any tips and signs to look for or keep an eye on?
The arrows point to droplet/drip locations.

Could very easily be right out the tail pipe.

Yep, smell/look at the exhaust and check the spark plugs.

I have had lots and lots and lots of Turbo cars...Mitsubishi, Porsche, Mercedes, Sprinter, Audi...they all (from new) would burn a bit of oil. Some more than others. My E63 far lower since I went to Molygen.

Yes, engines burn oil. Some of them burn a little, or none, or alot.

My EA839 2.9TTV6 in the Cayenne S does not burn oil. The M275 3.5NAV6 in my previous GLE350 burned a little oil. The 3.0V6TDI in a previous Touareg burned a fair amount of oil. Our Toyota 4Runner 1GR-FE 4.0NAV6 did not burn oil at 200k miles.

Even with the same engine model, some burn oil and some don't. Oil consumption relates to maintenance, use case and machining tolerances of the newly manufactured engine.
