This definitely sounds way to good to be true. Has anyone tried this? If so, what were your results? I cannot see how this can make those gains, but I stumbled on it while looking for some other items.

I can tell you I chip tuned mine and gained approx 50 bhp.
first time I reached 250 km/h engine check light turned on and car went in limp mode! I am still trying to find a solution to this.
so I wouldn’t recommend anything to drastic on the electronics of our cars!
