Lease end buy option long term reliability

Hi all,

Am in the last month of my 2017 43 Coupe 36 month 36K miles lease.

35K miles exactly, car is immaculate and I genuinely have loved every single mile of this ride.
I have an option for buy for 42K which is 4K - 8K less than market.

So am looking at buying to keep my sweet ride as its still in warrentee for another year.
Just wondering if anyone has knowledge on the long term reliability or have horror stories of expensive repairs?

What is the warranty on the 2017 GLE 43? I thought that it was 3YR/36K???
