Problems getting parts.
I've a 2019 GLE43 which I love but just before Xmas I had a suspension malfunction. Took it to the local dealer on the 21st Dec and they kindly lent me a GLE300. They said I could still drive the car but the ride is VERY firm!. The part is a MA2923201600 and wasn't in stock in the UK nor in Germany. The garage has been very good and I can keep the loan car until they get the part but are still waiting for an update on delivery times. The part is the whole suspension unit so it's not like it's a weird and wonderful part. Anyone any ideas on wait times for item like this? I'd only just got the GLE43 so I am really missing it and can't wait to get her back. Interestingly, I still prefer the old dash to the new MBUX in the new GLE300.

My problem is simple. I've just bought a nearly new car for £50k, I had it for six weeks and now it needs parts which aren't available from the manufacturer. I want to try and find out how long I will be waiting by asking others of their experiences. If it will be months then I'll find another solution. I'm currently happy that I have a loaner. The current car doesn't have a tow bar so currently I cannot tow anything and am having to make other arrangements.
