Not sure if you are looking to just save some money on a used one or if MB no longer sells this item. If the later is the case, I have ran into this a lot lately with MB OEM parts so posting some info that has helped me.
For parts MB is no longer producing, I have found a saved search on eBay helpful as it emails when the item is listed. Sometimes takes a month or two but salvage yards do post part numbers quite often with parts.
For reference when I ordered one for my 2017 GLE43, the part number was A292-690-42-00-9G86 (black).
I also had luck searching eBay in other countries too. Even though they say they won't ship outside their country when you add to cart, I have found a quick message via eBay and they often will change the listing so you can purchase and have it shipped to the USA.
