Question Exhaust tip splitter

Hi,

I am sure I am not using the correct technical term here, but I have a 2016 GLE 63 S SUV, and not crazy about the fake AMG tips. Wondering if there was an option to split the rear exhaust on each side to have two tips, corresponding to the two AMG tips on each side?

So the designers wanted a dual exhaust tip. The Engineers were like, that's not engineering cool anymore. So this was the compromise.

It's the best design ever because when I was offroad and on ice, on a hill, I fell back into a tree....twice... and there was also a stump sticking straight into my exhaust area. If it was the old design I would have completely ripped out my left exhaust.

I was shocked about it at first too.. Didn't make sense to me, but engineering wise, the modular design makes sense. And yes, I like the old dual exhaust tips sticking out, but I also hate for my kid to burn off his leg because he stumbled into it.

Thanks for the reply. I like the dual AMG tips too, I was referring to the single pipe coming out of the rear diffuser (?), and wondering if there was a mod to replace the single pipe with a split into two pipes, so they match the two tips on each side. Right now its one pipe positioned between the 2 AMG tips and looks less desirable IMO. Something like this, but prettier :
