2021 GLE63S Exhaust Flap question
Has anyone noticed that the exhaust flaps for 2021 are now only partially open, even when the "powerful" exhaust selection is made?
My dealer told me they all are like that now.
When the engine is off, they are fully open. And, when your disconnect them they are fully open, but then the engine power is reduced.
Any way to defeat this so that they are open all the time with no effect on engine power?
On my wife's BMW, I just pulled a fuse to the flaps and that was it.

Renntech and a couple others make a remote that you can turn on that fully opens them. I don't think that's going to be enough for me so I'm looking into an Akrapovic Evolution exhaust and I can also get the same thing from them that will open the valves fully.
