HELP - 2021 GLE 63 Coupe Lemon
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Purchased a new 2021 GLE 63 AMG Coupe a couple of months ago in July and have had problems from the start.
It’s been in service three times now for a total of 50 days and have only driven the vehicle for about 30 days. First problem had to do with the 48V battery, which they concluded failed because wires were painted on accidentally. The last two issues arose from error messages regarding the suspension which caused the vehicle to stop operating after jumping up and down on the freeway. It’s still in service today after over three weeks and MB says they are working with the AMG engineers.
I was assigned a MB relationship manager who didn’t help at all except to tell me they couldn’t help me, and that the dealer has done everything correctly under my warranty.
What should I do next?

Since they are rarer than hen's teeth, at present, and no v8 production for 2022 - I'd make them fix it no matter how long it takes. They should give you a comp car to drive in the interim and maybe sprinkle in a free service plan or extended warranty for your trouble. If you don't ask, you won't get anything.
