Delivered: The Last Brilliant Blue GLE53? (photos)
Thankfully, I took delivery of this 2022 GLE53 that I ordered in July -- maybe the last blue GLE since this color has been eliminated for 2022. I had planned on a GLE580 V8, but this is actually a better choice based on my experience with my CLS53. I was fortunate 'cause the GLE was built exactly as I had ordered with no deletions or substitutions and there was no "Market Adjustment" applied 'cause I had ordered before that practice was started and I was a 3-time previous customer. The MSRP plus Destination and Delivery was $89,260 but I received a $1000 Mercedes Club fleet discount. I did add a 7-year warranty ($5750) and 5-year Windshield Protection ($2195) and the dealer added a $599 Delivery and Handling Charge. The dealer suggested not buying the pre-paid maintenance due to the low anticipated mileage driven. The out-the-door price before taxes was $96,804 -- very pricy, but I surely love this vehicle!

Wow what a great color on the 53! Nicely optioned - glad to hear you got nearly everything that was configured (wireless charging the well known exception). I'm hoping to have similar luck when mine builds in February.
