I'm no stranger to Mercedes and AMG having had a 2000 C240 Sport, 2003 CLK500, 2005 CLK55 Cab, 2007 ML63, 2015 SL63 and now my 2015 GLE63s Coupe and 2003 SL55... Previous to this I ran a Porsche Cayenne Turbo and although that was nice, I missed an AMG in my life so came back with this. I also have a 2003 SL55 which replaced a TVR Chimera and a 911.
I recently just bought a 2017 gle 63s amg. This is my first German coming mostly from high end Japanese vehicles like the m37s. Decided I wanted a suv but something that’s still sporty. When I first went to the dealership I wanted the full size sedan but they had this in stock. As soon as I got into the coupe c292 I never looked back. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this German amg engineering all these years. I don’t think I will go without an amg in my fleet ever again.
