FWIW... I did a muffler delete on my Aston Martin. The sound is glorious on a V8.
Not a huge fan of coughs and spurts... I like a growl...
You can remove and see how you like it. However with most new cars these days, you may throw a codes and may need a tune.

Nice!! Yeah I’m tryna figure out what I can do without throwing the cel or tune…
how about removing the resonator, would that make a significant change in sound?
