Tires on Vehicle at Delivery
I think you cannot go wrong with either tire. Like @Frenetic said above, it may come down to personal preference in the end.
Cheers,
I don't know how much I trust the SA, what are you guys seeing from a typical set of tires?

Streetable tires intended for track use have a UQTG below 100.
At the track, my 480 UQTG Conti MO-1s are insufficient for a 5000 lb SUV at 1G. I really need something below 100 to stand up to track use.
I have about 16,000 miles on those tires, and they have 6/32" left of the original 9/32, and they haven't been babied.
If you're looking for better mileage from your tire, look at a Grand touring Tire instead of a performance Tire. Could be double or even triple the mileage.
Here's a good article from Yokohama about Tire ratings and how they are established, as required by the NHTSA. It involves G ratings on different surfaces.

Yes, the Pirelli Zeros are touring tires, and their P Zeros are performance tires.
Once you get a few hundred miles on them, I'll be curious if you feel the responsiveness is still there.
Sounds like you have a good solution.

I’m going this way after this coming winter — but would love to hear any further feedback from you and others, @Neurobit !

I will def drive it a lot more this weekend, but as far as city streets, grip and handling seems to be on par with the Advans, whereas the prior Nittos were horrendous, so you truly get what you pay for when it comes to tires.
I just placed my order and they had all season as an option for the 21" wheels but not the 22s, sigh

Working with my dealer now to see how much it'd cost for them to buy and install the pirelli all seasons for me.
I'm hoping i can get some kind of a discount if they work with a tire shop that would gladly take whatever brand new performance tires my GLE comes with.

Let us know if they interested in selling non-MO tires. Every time I purchased from a dealer, they've beaten Tire Rack prices.
