Got this light couple days ago. Never seen before and curious why It doesnt't state front or rear. I have 19k miles. Changed rear pads at 11k miles after getting dash light warning specifying read pads.

Found the answer. I doubled checked my warning light pics from Nov 2019 when I changed my rears at 12k miles. The warning lights don't specify front or rear. These my pics from Nov 2019:
