If it were edited, the right-side section would stand out more prominently.

I also wouldn't immediately assume it came out of the factory like that. When was this picture taken, where, and who took it? Maybe someone was thinking of swapping the exhaust tips and took a picture side-by-side to compare.
Thanks for that app! I can see just how bad my Photoshop efforts have been!
Question: If you take a picture of a Photo-shopped pic, will it still show "enhanced?"

The "Swap to view" was my first guess.

I'm not sure what "Swap to view" is referring to, but simply taking a picture of a Photoshopped image probably would not be enough to prevent the tool from showing possible manipulation, but that would depend on a lot of factors such as image resolution and compression of the final picture. The algorithm works by analyzing the noise characteristics of the individual red/green/blue sub-channels and creating high-contrast boundaries where there are inconsistencies. Those inconsistencies would still exist in a photo of a photo, though may be degraded enough to make it harder to detect, but I reckon at that point, the image wouldn't be considered reliable proof of anything.

After further inspection, it appears as my rear bumper is different than other GLE 53 AMGs I saw at the dealership. Any ideas? Do you think the wrong bumper was installed at the factory? Thanks for your help and input.

does this look like a euro license plate holder?

Very nice tool. Bookmarked, thanks again.

By mentioning "Swap to view," I was echoing your thought that someone might be trying a different tip for comparison. I had guessed "parts department" in an earlier post.

Oh hmmm nevermind, in that case looks like they not only put the wrong exhaust tips and bumper, they also put the one from the wrong region. I thought the GLE 53 were built in the USA though but I guess USA also built vehicles for the European market of some countries so that is probably why they have EU parts. That however begs the question, what other parts might be installed in OP's vehicle that isn't for the USA market? For example OPF.
