19' GLC 63
2016 GLE 63 Reliability?
I am recent 19' GLC 63 owner looking to transition to a 16' GLE 63. I'm having a tough time researching good information on reliability and general problem areas to be aware of for the model. Being a 16' and the first model year GLE I assume there might be a couple of additional areas to keep an eye on.

M157 engine gets expensive in old age. Bore scoring can be an issue, borescope a car you are considering. Leaking turbo cooler lines is a higher mileage maintenance job.
Oil in the wiring harness can affect this engine as it does all M274/M276/M278/M157 engines. Search this site for more info.
This vehicle eats brakes, tires and gas. Just so you know.
