Question 20" wheel offset options

Hey folks. I've got a new GLE53 with 22" wheels and I'm looking to buy a separate square set of 20" wheels and winter tires. It seems like there is quite a wide variety of widths and offsets that various aftermarket places will spec out or suggest for this car.

First, here are some options from the order guide -- particularly the first edition, since it lists many options that have since become unavailable:
  • 22" 285/40R22 on 10 J x 22 ET56 (Front), 325/35R22 on 11 J x 22 ET52 (Rear) (what I have)
  • 20" 275/50R20 on 9 J x 20 ET 57 (Front) 275/50R20 on 9 J x 20 ET44 (Rear)
If we compare these two sets of sizes in a fitment calculator (front, rear), we can see that the 20" rims will stick out 14-18mm less than the 22" option. If we use a more detailed fitment calculator, like this one, then we can see that the scrub radius (wheel centerpoint) does not change for the front tire, but is +11/32 for the rear tires.

Now, for the aftermarket rims, I have seen or been offered the following options from various websites:
  • MSW Type 30, 20x8.5 ET45 (Tirerack)
  • MSW Type 30, 20x8.5 ET28 (Wheelbase)
  • MSW Type 49, 20x8.5 ET30 (Tirerack)
  • Enkei XM-6, 20x8.5 ET40 (Tirerack)
  • 20x10 ET33
I made a quick spreadsheet to compare the shift and scrub radius among these options.

Are these really all acceptable options? The 20x10 ET33 is the most extreme compared to the others, and increases the scrub radius by almost 1" front & rear. It will also move the wheels further out than stock. I'm leaning toward the +45 or +40 Tirerack options at this point, since they seem to be the least radical, and most economical.

I just went through this.... Did a ton of research and the best option I came up with was 20x9 et45 for the front and 20x9 et25 for the rear. I couldn't find any winter options that I liked that would look good on the car so I ended up putting Pirelli Scorpion Zero all seasons on my stock 22" rims, they look great and hopefully they are ok with minimal winter driving.
