Just picked up a '24 GLE53, I noticed that the passenger side door projector lights (not to be confused with the mirror projector lights) project the ///AMG logo with an animation, but the driver's side does not have this (it is just a basic white light).

No way. Honestly I am questioning if those are OEM? Because MB ones look different. Maybe someone swapped one out that needed one that burnt out. Sucks. But either way for sure contact your dealership they really should make this right for you no questions.
The AMG one. It seems to have a different type of projector. And it also looks like it doesnt sit as flush as your white one. Could be the picture angle but your situation is pretty confusing either way, how in the world could this happen. It is a very easy fix. Aside from your inconvenience.
The ///AMG projector is genuine MB. No idea what year/specific model gets this light, but I added them to my 2022 GLE53 doors. My 22 from the factory had white lights under the door bottoms and MB star projectors under the side mirrors. I just swapped out the door bottom lights. Didn't touch the side mirror lighting.
