2022/23 vs 2024 gle63s

Hello all, I am looking at possibly going from a 2019 c43 coupe to a gle63s was curious if the differences between the 22s and 23s justify the price difference of a 2024 with the redesign from what I can tell the head and taillights are a bit different and the steering wheel but the body and engine seems the same?
