Energizing Program

Energizing Program
Hi,
I could have sworn that when I first got my 2021 GLE 53 it prompted me after 1vhr of driving or so if I wanted to start the Energizing program. This does not seem to happen anymore after my latest service. Am I going crazy or is there a setting? I could not find anything.

I have seen in the car configuration screen in MBUX an item to control messaging frequency. High/Medium/Low (off?).
This, among other things controls how often messages pop up on the main screen. I moved mine from High to Medium some time ago and now that you mention it, I have not seen any Energizing prompts since then.

Thanks for the pointer. Do you happen to know how I can check this frequency? The only settings I see when clicking on the notification center icon is on/off?

I'll bet what you saw before was "Attention Assist."
The car analyzes certain inputs and if it thinks you're losing concentration, a coffee cup appears in the display, suggesting a break.
The sensitivity is adjustable in MBUX, if that's what you're looking for.

I just went to my car and checked.
I must apologize. It turns out that the area I was thinking of where one can configure frequency of suggestions is for Navigation.
For messages, like you, I found only one place to control them with either "on" or "off".
So this leaves me too wondering why I no longer get suggestions to run the Energizing program. I found them useful before, as I still tend to forget about this feature and if I do happen to remember it and want to turn it on, I don't want to fish around in the so-called "zero layer" menu while I'm driving.
I should try "Hey Mercedes"...
