Weak windshield spray... barely comes out even after new nozzles.

Hello GLE team... does anyone know what might be the problem with weak wiper spray coming out of the wiper nozzles? I just got the GLE63... from a Dealership. They say they just replaced the nozzles due to this issue, now its back.

Any one having an issue like this? It is a 2019 GLE 63S. Sprays weak from all four nozzles... not like one is plugged. They all spray weak, I'd say maybe two inches of spray before the liquid hits the windshield. Barely gets to the windshield.

Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue? Its only got 17K miles on it, so relatively newish. Any ideas on troubleshooting? I am planning on pulling the passenger front tire and pulling the fender liner out to get a look at the pump and hose.
Wanted to check here first to see if anyone has other ideas.

Thanks

Mine sprays very strong. Better than any car I've had, so there's something on yours that is kinked or the pump is bad.
Good luck finding the problem. Hope it's something easy.
Is the dealer leaving you with no solution? Seems like something they should fix if you just bought the car.

How long after dealer replaced the nozzles did this issue resurface? If replacing the nozzles didn’t resolve the issue then you have to consider other components within the assembly as @Carbon Dated mentioned…lines, the pump, etc.

Thanks Guys, yes, I took off the passenger wheel and pulled the liner. I think I found the issue... there is an odd spot where the tube wraps under a hard seam of the bodywork. It would easily cause a kink... there is a protective cover (extra protective hose over the main hose) which is held in place with a zip tie. This zip tie is really tight... and likely the issue. I put it all back together before I reviewed my iphone footage of the area. As I reviewed my video... I noticed the zip tie is super tight.
I'll dig back into it in the coming days and report back what happens when I put a different (stiffer, bigger) protective hose around the main hose on where it hits the body seam.

And.. the dealership did offer to fix... just that they are three hours away and I figured I could take a look myself before I went that route. I am wondering if the dealer may have zipped it up super tight unintentionally and then did not test the fix after...
Attached is a picture and the video. Wish I'd had recognized the issue right away... now will snip the zip tie and pop in a new bigger hose to protect the smaller one going across the seam.

It's most likely a clog right before the pump. I had to take mine out and clean it under hot water and scrub it. There is strainer to prevent large debris from entering the system and the area gets blocked. The fluid forms a gelatinous substance over time and will block the strainer and flow. You will need to unbolt the reservoir from the fender. It's held on by two screws and the fill nozzle. Remove the two bolts and pull the reservoir toward the front of the car and pull down to separate the filler neck. Be ready to support the reservoir with some bungee cords so you don't damage the other lines. Once you separate from the filler neck, you can pull the reservoir out enough to get to the pump. As I recall, the pump pulls straight up and out so you can access the strainer.

Hopefully this is not a crazy idea... I wonder if I could put rubbing alcohol or draino (drain cleaner of some sort) to help it out. Is it a random chance that these things clog up or is this a common well known issue?
Appreciate your input. I'll be taking it apart one way or another in the coming weeks and will do as you suggest, unless I can pour a little 'fix it' in there and dissipate the gelatinous substance.

I tried back flushing it, vacuuming it out, but the stuff is seriously stubborn. If you were able to backflush, the goo would still be in your system, and it may cause other orifices to get clogged. I was worried about damaging the hoses and parts if I used anything strong. Concentrate on what I told you since it is 100% your problem. It took me a bit to figure it out. It's a bear of a job if your reservoir is full.
