Trailer Maneuvering Assist - add on via Mercedes Me?
I have a 2024 GLE53 with the trailer hitch, 360 camera's etc., and was wondering that now that they offer this option - Trailer Maneuvering Assist - from the factory for $350, if they will offer it as a SW purchase via the Mercedes Me app? Similar to Track Pace... It looks like if your vehicle is compliant, it should only be a SW download.
Thoughts? Anyone have it on another vehicle, is it worth it?
We trailer SxS's and ATV's with our truck and I had the hitch put on this one as a back up. It would probably make life a little easier in busy lots.

If I recall correctly, I had to login to my Mercedesme account on my computer, then go to Mercedesme app...login and see what digital extras were available. It was listed there. It was not via the phone app.
Last year I added AMG Track Pace via my infotainment screen...maybe it's available there as well, but I didn't try it that way this time.

I wish there was more info out there on those who have it and if its worth the cost if you are pretty good with a trailer. Looks like a great tool when u need it, but pretty pricey if u rarely are reversing in super tricky conditions.
