Warranty service
Just wondering if I should expect otherwise so I am tossing it out here.
Looking to get my windshield washers repaired, 2025 GLE53. Called my local dealer and got a luke warm response. I did not purchase the car from them, but that should not matter. Anyway, they want the car all day for a simple diagnosis and do not routinely offer loaners. She is referring me to her service manager who will "get back to me"? Seems odd to me, but maybe that's how Mercedes dealers are.

Edit: Dealer called me back and apologized for a miscommunication. It's all good now. Still need it all day, though.
