Factory/aftermarket Dashcams 2024GLE63s

Hey folks! I need some help/guidance/suggestions on how to get a dashcam in my 2024 GLE63s (SUV) please. Some places I've looked says I can add storage to the car and use the Benz camera as a dashcam - can not find any good info on the in the manual though. When I open the MyMercedes app - I get an add to buy a $200 factory dashcam that looks like it mounts under the rear view mirror. I see that Fitcam MX makes makes an integrated style dashcam - I've used the Fitcam's in a few other vehicles and the they worked great and the look was very stealth.

Any suggestions for 2026 dashcams and experience using the Benz on board cameras?

The Benz built-in cameras don't record like a dashcam. The official accessory is basic. Since you liked the FitcamX before, get their model for the GLE. It's the stealthiest, integrated look. For serious parking mode, a BlackVue installed professionally is the better route.
