BMW 325iX Sport Wagon, Range Rover
Link for USA tech data not working.
Just returned from Spain and paddle shifters are available on all models, but NOT for USA on any model.
Just returned from LA Auto show today, GLK is in on stand, but nobody knows hard info on stand. Most are less informed than forum members. Details may still be undefined, but the lack of knowledge on basics is unacceptable.
Got a USA press release CD and $35,900 is pre-delivery charge base price. Not clear if wood interior trim is available, as of Dec. 5 sale start date. Press release mentions wood trim as std, but show and dealer think no???? Confusion about almond leather option being available Dec. 5th also. Very sketchy details.
Car looks so much better in person with USA trim. Euro version, without exterior package and less than std 19" USA wheels looked dull. Std. 19" USA ten spoke wheels lood great, but you do not get aluminum roof rails in USA if you do not opt for "exterior package" that delivers 20" wheels.
I really liked the car in person USA/Spain. Drive test will be the deal/no deal point this January.
Audi Q5 was at the show and it looks great, but I have done Audi twice with great reliability problems and cannot see going back to Audi. Really like GLK unique style and quality for USA versions.
