Mercedes-Benz Driving Academy

Has anyone taken this course and would like to share their experience/tips?

I gather most of the cars used are automatic but drivers can add extra input using manual mode.

I came across this website. It talks about weight transfer and different types of braking.

It was a blast!!!

Well, my girlfriend and I took the whole day course out at a racetrack yesterday. These guys travel across Canada giving this course and they have cars from B class to AMG in C, E and S classes and a GLK. You spend about 90 minutes in class and the rest on the track. All the cars are automatic and you get a chance to drive all the cars. There were 12 of us in 3 groups of 4. Each group was assigned an instructor and there were also 3-5 other instructors who monitored from afar. Not all the participants drive a Mercedes and they came in all ages, men and women. These guys have been doing it for a long time and have taught over 30,000 drivers and have never had an accident. They also give courses to the police. We had a blast! The instructors told us everyone had different learning curves and were patient and very helpful if you had a problem. For more information I have posted these links:
