Didn't see the appropriate answer and i haven't owned the car a year yet, which the OP wanted.
I intend to keep the car until it is 6 or 7 years old, or until it pisses me off. So far it has been flawless and I love it.
That's what I do with all my cars.
I overlap two of them and will get rid of my 2008 Cadillac next.
It has also been flawless and is much more luxurious than the GLK, but not as much fun.

Me, 2008 Hummer H2 Wife, 2010 Mercedes GLK350
We will keep it until the warrantee runs out, and if we haven't had any trouble with it, and still like it, we will see. It would be nice to keep a vehicle for longer than 3 years, (my personal record!)
