MB dealer products are rebranded Meguire off the shelf products i think.
but yeah hand washed no matter what. Rubber seals + tires, you can use 303 aerospace protectent but the exterior rubber trims, i like to use Autoglym Vinyl Rubber Care which also works well for engine bay. 303 works in these areas too but I like to give the exterior trims a bit more water repellancy and it also does slight cleaning and really brings back the black. If ya want to step it up one, go for a total swissvax products solution, good products, got quite a few of their products myself.
Detailing goods stores that I recommend:
http://detailersdomain.com
http://autowerkesexclusive.com
http://autoobsessed.com/
depending where you are
The owners of these stores are very reachable and they'll happily give you a hand on choosing the right products.

look up Optima steamer and Dupray Industrial ones, they "will" clean the car with high pressure steam.Originally Posted by MKenM

Steam wash a car? Yikes!
