2010 GLK - Clear fluid leaking under hood
I have clear fluid that has been leaking out under the front left (driver's side) since I got home from work Friday. It is constantly wet and it is the very front corner in front of the front left tire -- spot is at least 10" in diameter. First I thought maybe a/c fluid -- but no way -- never had this before. Any idea what it could be coming out in that area of hood?

It looks like water, but slightly thicker, almost like oil. There may be a faint hint of odor, but nothing significant. It is literally under the front corner bumper. I haven't moved the car since Friday at 5:15 (in the garage) and the spot is constantly wet -- it doesn't dry up. Last night it was larger. About 2 hours after I got home Fri., I actually saw it dripping. It was a pretty rapid drip. My son said don't worry, probably a/c....but I don't think so. Never saw this before and why would it still be wet 48 hrs later?

Open the hood and look at what is above the wetspot. Feel around and see if you can tell where it is coming from. If no luck call the dealer and ask them. If they don't know take it in

There is recently reported at least two cases of reservoir leak on the thread: "W/Washer Tank".
