The link above gives you an Invoice to the penny. If you give the exact invoice amount to the dealer while negotiating (especially lease) - there will be different negotiating...trust me.
Actually, you can use this tool to check the dealer for honesty. A lot of time dealers will give you higher invoice than in reality (if you ask for it). So this can give you an idea who you are dealing with...
