New guy with a question about Bluetooth on a GLK.
She has an iPhone-4 and I have been trying to sync it up with the car.
The owners manual does not say much about syncing the car with a bluetooth device.
I made sure that bluetooth is enabled on the car, but the car does not show up in the iPhone's list of nearby bluetooth devices. There is an iPhone cable in the glove compartment. Connecting the iPhone here shows a message on the phone saying that "iPhone-4 is not fully compatible with the car".
1) Did all GLK's come with the bluetooth feature? Is it not working because I don't have bluetooth on my car?
2) What does "iPhone-4 is not fully compatible with the car" mean? I read on a few places that some people were having issues with seeing the iPhone's contact list.
3) Is there somewhere I can find step by step instruction on setting up bluetooth on a GLK?
Thanks
Raj
This video helped me out ALOT! I was able to sync up all 3 phones in my family into the Audio 20 system of my mom's GLK. Works like a breeze, just follow the video.
I ran across a similar video on youtube - http://youtu.be/zmwDR0xYU1Q
