Please also state % of tint.
I am considering tinting the driver/passenger side windows and wondering what % will match the rear privacy glass.

yes we did. in hindsight, its a bit too dark, so im likely going to have it re-done at a later date. its tough to see at night. the side windows are not bad at 5% but the rear privacy glass with 5% over it is a bit much.
when it's re-done, im going to do 20% over the rears.
the issue is really just heat out here. witha black on black car, the leather gets scorching hot.

We did the legal % for us. You can tell the difference between the front and back but it's definitely better than the naked window.
FYI...Here's the list for the States

Which is likely why i went a bit overkill.
Personally, I think the darker it is the better it looks, but the rears are really tough to see out of at night.
This is my wifes vehicle. My truck also has 5% all the way around, but i dont think the privacy glass is as dark as the GLK from the factory, not to mention people tend to stay out of my blind spots in a lifted pick up truck.

You "have" to get this for the car - it's by far the best visor I have had for any car. It greatly reduces the heat inside the cabin...

its black leather. The weekend we brought the "trucklet" home, we went golfing. it was about 100 that afternoon and we got back into the car after the round and promptly had to get out and cool off. the seats were ridiculously hot.

That 20% in the front looks good. I'll have to wait until I get back to the States to get this done. Here in Germany you can't tint the fronts.

Well, first off, it's made by MB, so it's a quality piece It's about 3/8" thick with foam core board sewn inside - very sturdy! Accordion style fold-up with stitched sides and comes in it's own protective nylon bag. The thickness of the shade allows you to slip it in between the dash and windshield and stays firm/put and does not sag - no need to lower the visors for support... I dunno dude, it's a sun visor, there's not much more I can say about it except it's the best I've owned.
