Comments: Nice facility, but may be way over the top for the cost of service(Taj Mahal). Loaners went from comparable Mercedes product to bottom line Enterprise rentals. As with everyone else, the $300 oil change when Government Motors does it for $35 hurts the Mercedes experience, but I guess that is required by MB USA. I do not use the dealer for tires. I do use them for all repairs. I have never had to go back a second time after a repair.
