Walter greated me. Asked how they could be of service. I told him we were headed up in the moutains at Christmas. I was concerned about the washer fluid minimum temperature. He gave me a bottle of concentrate. Cool.

Talked to the parts guy. He found the cargo liner. AWESOME! Covers the entire rear cargo area. Nice lip to keep debris cornered. M-B star. Made in Germany. Great finishing touch and great protection.

Spoke to the sales manager about my incomplete trailer hitch. He will reimburse me for the parts I had to buy.

A good visit. I think I will like doing business with these folks. Bring it on Nay-Sayers!

Adding CDs to the Music Register is a piece of cake. Takes about 10 minutes per CD.
