GLK 350 SOUND ISSUE

I have a 2010 GLK 350, (with reverse camera parktronics, heated seats, HARMON KARDON sound system.) it has been in the shop 6 times for the same reason. They have only been able to recreate the issue once. My problem is the sound just goes out and my radio can not connect to anything. it's like my speakers just don't work at all. MB dealer has replaced the amp cords and updated the computer but the problem is still happening.
any thoughts on resolving or same issues?

Without further description of the issue, it's the head unit. They must replace all the components... including the Head, blue tooth, and command module, etc.

Sounds about right. Assuming the speakers are in fact working all the time. I fear that "service" these days too often means fiddling with "the computer" instead of isolating busted parts. 6 times is at least 4 times too many.
