How to change out entire License Plate Light Assembly?

How to change out entire License Plate Light Assembly?
I bought a set of brand new LED license plate assemblies off eBay...these are OEM direct replacement for the entire license plate light assembly, not just the bulb (all in one unit)

Problem is it would appear that removing the original license plate light assembly is not that intuitive, anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
