2010 GLK350 4 matic engine squeak
I just bought a 2010 GLK last night and tonight i noticed a engine squeak or chirp coming from the belts (i think). Did anyone else have this problem?

Depends on your miles. Shouldn't hear anything with low miles.
On older vehicles I have owned, a spray of WD 40 on both sides of the belt while the engine is idling usually solves this for years. (Assuming no issues with pulleys or tensioners.)

^ Yes, please... By the the way, it's probably one of these. The belt is too loose and it's slipping thus squealing... or its an over tightened belt and the idler pulley is shot!
