Valve Stems Leaking

I had new tires put on my 2010 a few weeks ago and since then I have had 2 valve stems start to leak. I put a soapy water mixture on the valve stems and you can see bubbles between the valve stem and the lock nut that holds the stem in place. Has anybody had a similar issue and what was done to resolve it?

Some idiot tried to remove or replace your stems (common practice when installing new tires ) by undoing the hold down lock nut for your TPMS, thus breaking the seal... or during the mounting process they knocked loose the TPMS, thus breaking the seal.... or someone switched out your TPMS, thus they reused the old seal which needs replacement each time the seal is broken. Go back and have them do it again!

A common practice is to remove the Schrader valve to deflate the tire. These sometimes are corroded and they remove the outer lock nut and push the whole TPMS into the tire, remove the tire, remount the TPMS and in this case not replace the o-ring leading to the leak. I've also had a tire dealer do the above routine break the sensor and replace with a regular valve stem bringing on the dreaded dashboard light and another trip to the repair shop. Our fleet driver didn't object (he would have if it had been his own vehicle) and we're out the added cost for a sensor and remount of the tire.
