auto headlight adjustment?
ok so I don't think it's possible but is there a way to adjust how sensitive the auto headlights are? I love how my car looks With the LED DRL's on but as Soon as it gets a little cloudy the headlights pop on... today driving in manhattan I saw an s63 with just the DRLs on and not the headlights. but my headlights were on. I understand it's a different car (a lot different lol) but hey it's worth a shot. thanks in advance !

same concern here....maybe talk with your MB dealer to change the setting...supposedly it can be done using Star Diagnosis...DAS module.

Did you ever think that these other cars might have the switch set to parking lights? Not set to AUTO? I was skeptical at first. However, I find that about the time that I am thinking that the headlights should be coming on, they already are on. Bear in mind, that I have had full time, all the time headlights since 1989. I do understand that it may not be best to have the high powered light sabers (Bi-Xenon) on full time. I am learning to live with the LEDs as a substitute. Besides, I can't see anything on the front of the GLK from the user's position. As long as the drain bamaged drivers around me can see the GLK, I'm happy.
ps: You could place a piece of window tint film over the sensor to make the lights come on sooner. However, I can't think of any way to make the sensor think there is more light to delay the onset of headlights on. I actually thought about that before we got the GLK. It's not necessary.
