New owner -- Sirius problem

Hi there! This is my first post on this forum, so please be gentle

I am a new GLK350 owner and I love it! Picked up a CPO at my local dealership and it appears to have everything -- still learning it!

My Sirius has stopped working -- get the "no service" message. Called sirius and everything is fine from an account perspective and they told me they would resend the signal, to put it on channel 184 -- so first question, with "no service" how do you dial in to a station?

Second, it appears that this happens when there is some water contact with the antenna. It happened first after I took the car through a drive through car wash, but it came back after a few hours. Yesterday it rained, and I have had "no service" since then.

Is there something I can check on the antenna? Not sure how it is connected to see if something has gotten wet or has come loose.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

sirius problem

Since you purchased a CPO car. Take it back to the dealer and let them fix it.

^^ Sound advice. In the meantime, rummage through the SAT Radio menus and find the menu that says "Enter channel number."
